Dr. Emily Montag grew up outside of Teeswater, attending Hillcrest Central as a child. After attending secondary education she then attending the University of Ontario in Oshawa obtaining her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and then her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in North York. Dr. Montag loves spending time outdoors, spending time with her family, and gardening. Dr. Montag is passionate about providing hands on care focusing on both evidence based and patient focused care.

Lena grew up in Mildmay, attending Sacred Heart School as a child, followed by secondary education at Sacred Heart High School in Walkerton. She then attended Ontario Tech University in Oshawa obtaining her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Kinesiology and is currently in her fourth and final year of her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in North York. In her spare time Lena enjoys running, hiking, swimming and spending time with her friends and family.
